With over 20 years of experience working with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, ISO 17205, ITAR, Lean Six Sigma and FDA medical device, Ernesto Perez founded RPM QA Services LLC along with his two entrepreneur’s business partners, Jose and Rolando Rodriguez. Ernesto Perez studied accounting attended training in CQE, CQM, SSBB brining Quality Engineering, Quality Management and Business Administration skills.

He worked in manufacturing for Aerospace and Medical components industries developing Quality Management Plans and process improvements. With a BSIT with concentration in Software Engineering from the University of Phoenix, he is responsible for Finance, Quality, IT, Calibration and supports customer needs.

RPM QA Services LLC Announces Operational Restructuring, Expanded Capabilities, and Website Redesign to Improve Turnaround, Communication, and Documentation Controls

Orange County, California — January 2026 — RPM QA Services LLC (“RPM”), a California-based provider of calibration, metrology, and quality engineering services, announced a company-wide operational initiative and internal restructuring designed to strengthen service execution, improve consistency, and enhance customer communication—while maintaining the technical discipline required in regulated and high-reliability industries.

“RPM has always been built on doing the job the right way and aligning with technology trends,” said Ernesto Perez, Owner and Operator of RPM QA Services LLC. “This initiative tightens controls, improves clarity, and delivers a better customer experience without compromising quality.”

Key operational upgrades include enhanced receiving and job-intake controls to better capture customer requirements, strengthened final review and verification steps, improved cybersecurity practices, and cleaner, more standardized certificate formatting (including one-page layouts where applicable). RPM is also improving scheduling and job tracking to support more predictable turnaround, while centralizing communication workflows and expanding internal resources to reduce missed correspondence and improve response times.

In addition, RPM is expanding service capabilities and partnerships to better support customer needs, including added Calibration such as CMM and Articulated CMM Arm, expand measurement support, and clean room support with particle count reporting, where applicable.

RPM also announced a comprehensive redesign and performance upgrade of rpmqaservices.com, featuring responsive design, live chat integration, improved navigation, enhanced inquiry and call-to-action forms with validation, and a modern Content Management System, build to better support customers online.
