Cofounder – Finance & IT
With over 20 years of experience working with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, ISO 17205, ITAR, Lean Six Sigma and FDA medical device, Ernesto Perez founded RPM QA Services LLC along with his two entrepreneur’s business partners, Jose and Rolando Rodriguez. Ernesto Perez studied accounting attended training in CQE, CQM, SSBB brining Quality Engineering, Quality Management and Business Administration skills.
He worked in manufacturing for Aerospace and Medical components industries developing Quality Management Plans and process improvements. With a BSIT with concentration in Software Engineering from the University of Phoenix, he is responsible for Finance, Quality, IT, Calibration and supports customer needs.
Cofounder – New Business Ventures
Jose Rodriguez, (Joe) a vast entrepreneur also founded RPM QA Services LLC along with his two entrepreneur’s business partners, Ernesto Perez and Rolando Rodriguez. Joe’s long-time undertaking search for new ventures, generates new partnerships for RPM QA Services providing top leadership and innovation.
Joe’s 30 yeas plus experience, Source QA Inspection and previously owner of Machine Shops, enables work direction to all project efforts. Joe’s expertise facilitates guiding, helping RPM team and clients with resourceful efficient business information. Joe trained and is certified in Defense and AS9100 quality systems. Joe understands how crucial is to take into consideration all the details of a whole project.
Cofounder – Business Partnerships
A formally leading sports coach and AS9100 quality source inspector. Rolando Rodriguez, whether is small or big projects pays attention to detail on new business developments. Rolando puts together projects for current and new clients.
Rolando’s 15 plus years of experience in mentoring, makes an impact by gathering the right team for the right job and collaborates with the customer to focus in the things that matter. He worked in small and large companies of aviation and aerospace providing Quality Assurance support. As a certified AS9100 auditor, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Business consulting, he works with people and turns each project into an efficient strategy of solutions for businesses by using the correct approach in each task.
